The Dalek Voice Changer helmet covers about half your head in Dalek joy (the back half is absent to allow for easier on/off).

There are three buttons. The top one plays through prerecorded Dalek messages. The middle button plays the Dalek extermination sound effect. And the third turns the helmet into voice changer mode. Yell all you want and sound like the Daleks you love.
